Management Training for the Colorado Home Care Agency License

Purpose:
Help your agency achieve perfection while implementing the new Colorado licensure regulations & education requirements.
Objectives:
- Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Describe applicable laws and regulations impacting Colorado Home Care Agencies
- List appropriate management, supervisory, and personnel practices
- Describe staff qualifications, orientation, training, competency testing, and evaluation
- Verbalize definition of a true professional and accepted standards of professional practice
- Describe adequate financial practices and processes
