Self-sufficiency is imperative in today’s competitive marketplace. With our consultation and educational services and products, our clients are equipped with the knowledge and tools to carry out their mission single handedly.
MEG Associates offers several all inclusive service plans at reasonable and predictable rates that can be modified to meet the agency’s individual needs. Our plans help our clients meet regulatory and/or accreditation requirements while keeping them up to date on significant issues facing the health care industry.
For example, the Monthly Maintenance Service Plan includes:
- Unlimited telephone consultation about clinical, administrative, regulatory, accreditation, financial, and other issues;
- One Continuing Education lesson per month during the term of the agreement. (Originally intended for aides, but used by many agencies for all staff.)
- Faxed or emailed updates regarding significant issues and/or changes in regulatory or intermediary information;
- Discounts on our workshops and teleconferences and some external vendor services and products.
- Discounts on manuals and forms.
- A minimum of eight hours of onsite consultation quarterly and discounted additional hours.
- Discounted or free survey plans of correction (depending upon complexity and length.)
- Discounted cost report preparation.
